You wait for the sun to make the sky

 Phone Case c/o Iconemesis
~
On Tuesday I got all my wisdom teeth removed. They weren't bothering me and were actually coming in straight; but my parents, dentist and I thought it'd be easier just to remove them now. The extraction was easy so I wasn't really puffy or in pain. But it was definitely not fun being stuck on only eating soft foods and smoothies (which I really don't like...sorry smoothie lovers :P). I did manage to eat pizza today, though having to fight the urge to just scarf it down instead of taking small bites.
I started an online class this week as well. I'm taking a course on the cultural study of jewelry and adornment. Right now, I'm learning about Mesopotamian and Egyptian culture and it all just makes me think 'I have learned this like 3 or 4 times now' *sigh* Hopefully the focus on jewelry and adornment will arrive soon!
Also, the lovely people at Iconemesis sent me this beautiful phone case! :) Before I just had a plain black case...I know, very boring. I love the artistic quality of the graphic design on the phone case!

  15. it definitely is such a cool phone case. oh and good old wisdom teeth.. my previous dentist said I needed an operation to remove those. that was many-many years ago. but I had to change the dentist and my wisdom teeth are growing now. they have been growing for many years actually, hehe. of course sometimes they hurt a little but so far so good :) and I'm glad your procedure went well!

  29. I am glad to hear that your wisdom teeth removal was not that bad. When I had mine removed a few years ago it was so painful. My regular dentist attempted to remove them and couldn't. Talk about pain. He was trying to yank them out of my head. Then I had to drive an hour and a half away to a specialist on a Friday evening to be put to sleep and have them cut out. It was a dreadful experience.
